What’s New – Commercial Valuation® R1.15
Introduction
CoreLogic is pleased to announce that Commercial Express® has been rebranded to Commercial Valuation®. Except as noted in this document, there are no changes to features or functionality, just an updated, modern look with a better user experience.
The application does look different, and your users may get concerned they are in the wrong program. CoreLogic highly recommends that you notify all your users to expect this change to the application.
This document serves as a high-level guide to the changes that have been made as part of the Commercial Valuation R1.15 release.
Please note that Internet Explorer 11 was retired by Microsoft in June 2022 and Safari for Windows was retired by Apple in October 2022. Commercial Valuation version 1.15 will no longer support the use of those browsers. Please begin using Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge as soon as possible.
New Functionality
User Interface Refresh
Commercial Valuation® now has refreshed User Interface and Reports. The changes include the new product name, new logos, and a better user experience. No changes to functionality have been made, however it does look different from what users are used to seeing. See the Appendix for example screen shots.
Updates to Existing Functionality
Several updates to existing Commercial Valuation functionality have been addressed in the Commercial Valuation R1.15 release.
Dashboard Valuation Preview Cutoff
If the user has their display set to the minimum screen resolution of 1024x768 the preview popup screen gets cutoff on the left side of the screen. This has been resolved with this release.
Help Tooltip Enabled on Building Estimate Summary Panel
The help tooltip ‘?’ displays incorrectly when the mouse pointer hovers over the valuation description in the Building Estimate Summary Panel. This has been resolved with this release.
Incorrect Validation for Shape Code/Perimeter with API Calls
The API was not correctly validating the correct combinations of data within API calls for the Shape Code/Perimeter for the Add and Update valuation web calls. The validation has been corrected.
